01.Introduction
Welcome to YtMRR. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, which aggregates and displays verified YouTube channel revenue data and provides a marketplace for connecting buyers and sellers of monetized YouTube channels. By using YtMRR, you agree to these Terms.
02.Data Collection and Usage
2.1 YouTube API Authorization
To verify your YouTube channel's revenue and performance data, we require you to authorize YtMRR via Google OAuth (read-only). This authorization is:
- ✓Granted via Google OAuth 2.0 flow
- ✓Strictly read-only access
- ✓Limited to performance metrics
- ✓Revocable by user at any time
- ✓No channel modification rights
- ✓Zero third-party data sharing
2.2 What Data We Collect

Automated updates occur via OAuth connection. Revocation via YtMRR Dashboard or Google Security Settings terminates all data pulls immediately.
04.OAuth Authorization Security
YtMRR uses Google's official OAuth 2.0 protocol. We never see your password. You grant a 'token' that only permits specific read actions.

Always review the permissions screen during the Google verify flow. Confirm the scope matches 'View YouTube Analytics reports' only.

All revenue and performance data is mirror-sync with YouTube API. Manual entry is disabled for verified metrics to prevent listing inflation.

7.1Platform Role
YtMRR operates as a facilitator for verified YouTube channel discovery. We are not a broker, fiduciary, or legal representative for any party involved in a transaction.
7.2 Exclusion of Liability
7.3Responsibility
- #Buyers must perform independent due diligence (content quality check, copy-strike history)
- #Sellers must maintain channel access for the duration of the listing period
- #Fraudulent data manipulation will result in a hardware-ID verified permanent ban
08Required Transaction Protocol
To maintain the security of our verified ecosystem, all channel transfers initiated on YtMRR must utilize our integrated **Escrow.com** gateway. Bypassing the platform is strictly prohibited.
Platform holds funds while Buyer is added as 'Owner' to the channel.
Funds released post the mandatory 7-day YouTube 'Primary Owner' delay.
Penalty: Account Termination + Listing Seizure
09.Refund Policy
Once a marketplace fee is processed via Stripe/Escrow.com, the platform service is considered rendered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or failed external YouTube account approvals.

YtMRR's liability is limited to the amount paid in platform fees for the specific listing in dispute.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold YtMRR harmless from claims arising from your channel content or asset quality.
13.Changes to Terms
