YtMRR is an independent, third-party marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Google LLC, YouTube LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
“YouTube” and “YT” are trademarks of Google LLC. YtMRR uses the YouTube API and Google OAuth solely to verify channel ownership and read-only revenue metrics on behalf of users who explicitly grant permission. No endorsement by Google or YouTube is implied or claimed.
The name “YtMRR” is a descriptive brand combining “YT” (referring to the YouTube platform that our marketplace operates around) and “MRR” (Monthly Recurring Revenue, the primary metric tracked). It does not constitute a claim of affiliation with or endorsement by Google LLC or YouTube LLC.

We collect, use, and store different kinds of personal data about your account and your channel when you choose to verify and list your channel on YtMRR:

03.Data Accessed
YtMRR utilizes Google API Services to access specific YouTube channel data via Google OAuth. We request read-only access to:
Scope A
youtube.readonly
Fetches channel name, avatar, and basic subscriber totals.
Scope B
yt-analytics-monetary.readonly
Fetches historical and current AdSense revenue metrics.
04.Data Usage
"Our application strictly uses this data to verify the financial health and viewership metrics of YouTube channels listed for sale on our marketplace."
This allows us to calculate an accurate valuation and display verified Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) to prospective buyers. We process this data to provide transparency and build trust between listing parties.
05.Data Sharing
Zero External Sharing Policy
We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data to any third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers. The verified metrics are only shared by displaying them on the channel’s public or private marketplace listing for registered investors to evaluate the asset.
06.Data Storage & Protection
All data fetched via the YouTube APIs is securely stored in our encrypted database. We adhere strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Limited Access Protocol
We restrict database access solely to authorized engineering personnel. System logs are audited weekly for unauthorized access attempts.
07.Data Retention & Deletion
We retain verified metrics only for as long as the channel is actively listed on our marketplace. If a user deletes their YtMRR account or unlists their channel, all associated Google API data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
Requesting Immediate Deletion
Users can trigger data removal through these channels:

08.Third-Party Integrations
We integrate with third parties such as Stripe for processing platform fees and Escrow.com for executing secure acquisitions. When processing through these partners, you are subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service.
09.Your Data Rights
Anonymity
Toggle "Anonymous Mode" to mask identifying channel details on the public marketplace while still displaying verified revenue metrics.
Revocation
You can completely revoke our read-only access to your YouTube Analytics at any time via your Google Security settings.
